Primo is hands down the best jewellers I’ve had the pleasure to use, they are the friendliest most helpful couple. They helped make an engagement ring for my partner come to life, from a dozen photos and ideas to the most stunning piece of jewellery. They sat with me and talked it all over, kept me up to date as it was being made, said they would be in the shop as n when I was free to see things or chat about certain bits throughout (I’m a lorry driver so my work times are late and long) which to me said they cared. All in all faultless customer service. They will not rip you off the prices are very very fair. And she said yes btw!

Rebecca recently repaired a necklace and a ring that previously I wasn’t able to wear. She also copied a lost earring to make up a pair. All rather fiddly jobs which she did to a high standard. I would definitely go there again and recommend her all round skills. A talented lady who is easy to work with.

I have just collected my engagement ring and wedding ring from Rebecca after having them cleaned up and dipped. I was extremely nervous to take my rings off, never mind hand them over to someone else! Rebecca was so lovely and I had them back within just a few days. I’m honestly blown away with how clean and shiny my rings are. Both rings were so scratched up and looked like yellow gold rather than white gold. They now look like brand new again, the photo really doesn’t do it justice, the shine and sparkle is unreal. Thank you so much 🤩
